Cancellation and Refund:

Cancellation less than 24hrs before departure, 50% of package cost. 100% cancellation fee for NO-SHOW policy. Ticket refund administration charge: RM100.00 per person. No refund can be made if any of the items included in the package are not utilized.

Hotel Check-In/ Out Time:
1. 2.	Standard Check-in time is after 2.00pm. Early check-in is not auto guarantee upon request. Late check-out till 6.00pm is chargeable at a full day's room rate.
