PADAS AND KIULU

WHITE WATER RAFTING

A more heart-pounding and pulse-quickening white water experience is on the Padas River, one that which will appeal among adventure-seekers or experienced rafters. An introduction to the windows of a railcar enroute to the take off point, an opportunity to size-up the river. The boulder-strewn Padas Gorge, cutting through low land rainforest,is a Grade III-IV ( expert level ). Thrills and spills are expected.Package is also available for GradeI & II ( Beginners ), please contact our tour office for further information.

FULL DAY PADAS RIVER WITH LUNCH

Departure: Daily (06:30hrs)
Duration: 11hrs (Minimum of 2 persons)

Depart from the hotel / airport and transfer to Beaufort. Short walk around Beauforttown. Board train to Pangi Station (the starting point). Have a refreshmentat Pangi Station. Briefing on safety precautions and rafting techniques.Commence rafting down Padas River. Arrive at Royob Station (the endingpoint). Lunch upon arrival (BBQ for minimum 4 paxs or otherwise box lunch)Depart for Beaufort Train Station via railcar. Arrive Beaufort Train Station and transfer back to Kota Kinabalu and return back to hotel.

FULL DAY KIULU RIVER WITH LUNCH

Departure: Daily (06:30hrs)
Duration: 7hrs (Minimum of 2 persons)

Depart from the hotel and transfer to Kiulu. Arrive at Kiulu and light refreshment will be served. Transfer to the staffing point. Briefing on safety precautions and Rafting techniques by the guide. Commence rafting down to Klulu River.Arrive at Kiulu (the ending point). Lunch upon arrival (BBQ for minimum of 4 paxs or otherwise box lunch). Transfer back to Kota Kinabalu and return back to hotel / airport.

Notes:
Items to bring & wear: Towel,shoes, shorts and T-shirt, additional set of clothing and slippers, sunblock lotion, waterproof, camera and hat.

Important Note:
- Rafters must be physically fit.
- Contact lens are not advisable.
- Do not bring precious ornamentalong the trip.
- Children below 5yrs old are notallowed to raft.
- The participant must sign Liability Release Form before the trip begins.
