participating in any tour or holiday organised by the company
(herein referred to Transworld Travel Services Sdn. Bhd) is
at his/her own risk to any consequences respect to loss or injury
to person or property. The company is not responsible for losses
or expenses due to delay, sickness, weather, strikes, war, quarantine
or other causes and expenses being the responsibility of the
traveler. The company reserves the right to alter routes,
timetable, itineraries and accommodation if necessary.

VALIDITY
All programmes, including terms and condition
specified in homepage (Terms & Condition ) will remain valid
until 31st March 2003. However, Transworld Travel Services Sdn.
Bhd reserves the right to adjust their 2002 PROGRAMMES without
prior notice should the circumstances required to do so.

RESERVATION
Reservation should be made at least 14
days before arrival to Miri or departure date of the programme
should be advised to us at least 7 days prior to arrival.
To
ensure efficient handling of all reservation, full details are
required to be provided to us including arrival / departure
dates, flight / carrier, number of persons, names of passengers
and alternative hotel desired.
CONFIRMATION
Confirmation shall be made in writing
sent by e-mail, airmail or fax depending circumstances.
CANCELLATION
Cancellation charges will not be levied
by Transworld Travel Services Sdn Bhd. However, other parties
such as hotel, restaurant, Transportation Company and other
services may levy cancellation charges.
PAYMENT
Unless there is a prior arrangement, full
payment either by telegraph transfer or bank draft, should be
made prior to arrival of your clients. Failure to comply with
this condition may result in cancellation of all reservations.

REFUND
No refund or reduction will be made to
our client, who does not partake in any meal, sight-seeing tour,
accommodation or transfer to / from airport during the course
of the tour programme.
TRANSFER
/ TOUR
Transfer and sight.-seeing tour are all
conducted in air-conditioned land vehicles at Miri. Portage,
and admission fee are included. However Airport Tax not included.
HOTEL
ACCOMMODATION IN MIRI
Hotel accommodation is based on two persons
in one room, air-conditioned with hot and cool water private
bath attached.
MEALS
IN MIRI
Meal are based on standard table d'hotel
menu at each restaurant.
GUIDE
Our professionally trained and experienced
tourist guides will conduct all services. Our guides are fluent
in English, Chinese & Bahasa Malaysia. Other language speaking
guide can also be arranged.
VOUCHER
/ SERVICE ORDER
Subject to prior arrangement, we will
always provide services as specified in your voucher / service
order only. Please always specify all services to be provided
clearly with name of the client.
RATE
All rates are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia
(RM), net and non-commisionable and subject to change without
prior notice.
LIABILITY
a) Tour will be conducted according to
the programme required. However Transworld Travel Services Sdn.
Bhd. reserves the right to alter the programme due to unforeseen
circumstances such as natural disasters, landslides, flood,
riots traffic hold-up or places of visits being closed.
b)
Visa, passports, entry permit etc. to Sarawak have to be obtained
by your clients themselves prior to enter Sarawak. We will not
be held responsible for any difficulties resulting from improper
documentation or negligence in this matter.
c)
Transworld Travel Services acts as intermediary between transportation
companies, hoteliers, restaurants, tourist offices and all other
service providers will not liable for any loss, injury or damage
sustained. Additional expenses incurred due to delay, accidents.
